Rolf: A fit and active man seeing osteopath for achilles tendinopathy but hitting a recovery plateau. Healthfinder used in parallel to osteopathy sessions (used a followup and discussed results).

Aim: To understand what might be preventing recovery.

Katarina: 49-year old peri-menopausal woman with chronic lumbar disc injury, concerned about stage of life and wider health issues as well as accellerating recovery from back pain using easily modifiable lifestyle factors. Healthfinder used as extended followup (extra 30 minutes).
