  • Online questions sent before their healthfinder test session (10-15 minutes)

  • Elevyo healthfinder testing session, including discussion of results and deciding on small steps to improve health (30-75 minutes, depending on scope of test you decide)

  • Snapshot - receives once link a week to complete questions on how they feel and progress (for 12 weeks after the healthfinder test) (5-7 minutes)

  • Nudging/checking in from HCP - 5 minutes per week

  • Feedback (5-10 minutes) via online link

For each employer

  • Meet with us to get a personalised quote where you share your requirements and we decide on the best structure (total 30-60 minutes)

  • Updates on testing in your team and once testing complete, you receive an aggregated report to suggest general areas you can support with simple and smart initiatives.

  • Opportunity to discuss report (30-60 minutes)

  • Feedback (10-20minutes), online or in-person
