How does it work?
Deploying Elevyo healthfinder at your workplace is smooth and effective. The process below may vary slightly depending on what kind of tailored solution you require:
After contacting us and setting up a bespoke, tailored solution, we arrange the timing and scheduling of the healthfinder checks for your personnel. These can be online, or onsite (if more than 8 employees).
Before the scheduled time for the check, the employee is sent a secure link where they complete information that is used in the analysis
The healthfinder checks are carried out by a registered healthcare provider who is trained and qualified to deliver the tests. This may be a doctor, physiotherapist, naprapath, osteopath, chiropractor or other healthcare professional. In this session, more information is gathered and this may include some physical tests (depending on what you have decided for your team).
Results are immediate and discussed between the healthcare provider and the employee so that they can leave with already some things they can think about of change and start straight away in doing something to improve their health.
After the session, the employee can log in securely to our healthfinder portal and they can view their results and see further comments and recommendations from the healthcare provider.
If you have requested it, some aggregated anonymised information is provided to you as a company. This information is useful for you to track against workplace metrics but it is not possible to view, or ascertain any information pertaining to an individual employee.
